Nilam brings over 12 years of experience in childcare, with a strong focus on creating safe, nurturing, and enriching environments for children. She has worked as a dayhome provider, educator at BrightPath and the YMCA, and as a Therapeutic Behavioural Specialist with Edmonton Catholic Schools and OCS. Holding a Child Care Level 3 certification and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Nilam has extensive experience supporting children with diverse needs through personalized behavior plans. Known for her empathy, communication skills, and hands-on leadership, she is dedicated to every child's growth at Little Lions.
